The weekend rate, which includes 3 days and 2 nights, is $120.00 plus 6% hotel tax. The weekday rate is $45.00 per person per night. A $50.00 per person non-refundable deposit is needed to guarantee a reservation. If a person is unable to attend, their deposit may be transferred to another person for that weekend only. The minimum number of people needed for a reservation is 8 and the maximum is 12. If you are unable to get 8 people, you may pay the difference to meet the minimum. There is no minimum to make a weekday reservation.

      ***The deposit must be received***
within 2 weeks of choosing your retreat dates to guarantee your reservation. If the deposit is not received, the weekend may be reserved by another person.

A 2-night minimum is required on weekends. Additional week nights are available at $45 per night (food extra). No minimum required to add an additional night to your weekend reservation.

Methods of payment - We accept cash or personal checks. Checks should be made payable to HeavenLeigh Escape. A $30.00 free will be added to any returned checks.

Catering - HeavenLeigh Escape can provide all of your meals for an additional charge. Meals are provided at a cost of $5.00 per person per meal. If HeavenLeigh Escape provides your meals, the entire group will be charged for the meals. If you would like to have your meals provided, please let us know when you make your reservation.

Discount - The event organizer will receive a 50% discount on the room rate with 11 reservations (10 plus organizer) and a free room with 12 reservations (11 plus organizer).

Check in/out - check in is noon on Friday and check out is no later than 4:00 pm on Sunday.

A relaxing massage is the perfect addition to your weekend getaway. One hour & 1/2 hour massages are available through our registered massage therapist at reasonable rates. Please let us know when you make your reservation if you would like for us to set up an appointment.
