Our beautiful horse, Socks, and sweet donkey, Jack.

As you pass through the gate, our herd of goats usually run to the fence to greet you and Jack, our sweet donkey, will often say hello with his friendly braying. In the back pasture, we have 2 cows named Bessie and Lola and their calves, Sassy and Mooka. We encourage you to take a little walk and enjoy the tranquility and fresh air HeavenLeigh Escape has to offer. 

Our little piece of Heaven on earth!

HeavenLeigh Escape is situated on 30 heavily treed acres just 15 miles north of Decatur, Texas. Take advantage of the space and stroll around our property and don't be surprised if you run across several deer grazing. Our two-story retreat is surrounded by pasture on all sides and views from the upper deck are breathtaking. The back patio is perfect for you and your friends to sit and enjoy millions of stars that are not visible in the city. The front screened in porch is a great place to enjoy those cooler evenings. On the west side of the retreat you can relax on the porch swing and catch a beautiful sunset from the covered porch.
